Really fast shipping, original oem roborock part came in great condition. Only downside manual is in Chinese so make sure to have a translate app handy!

Product seems ok. But seller did not respond to multiple requests by Amazon to send English version of manual to customer. They even told Amazon that I should reply to the message they sent me - which they never did. Product: 3/5 stars. Vendor customer service: 0/5 star.
