Installation Precautions:
1. Check whether the product is in good condition and test it before installation. Do not remove protective film or labels during testing. Watch out for static issues.
2. The screen is glass, which is a very fragile product. Testing before installation is strongly recommended
3. Do not bend the cable. During installation and testing, make sure the LCD cable is not bent. Curvatures greater than 90 degrees will result in a black view.
4. If your phone has a black screen during installation, press and hold the power key and volume key at the same time. If the phone vibrates, it's because the mainline is not installed properly. Then reinstall the product.
5. If you are not professional in maintenance, or have no experience in repairing electronic equipment, we do not recommend you to replace the screen by yourself. Take it to a repair shop for help to save you time and money. Or find the relevant installation video on the YouTube platform and follow the installation steps to install.
6.Regarding the fingerprint recognition, you need to remove the fingerprint sensor from the original screen and install it onto the new screen, and then calibrate it.

Please do not purchase this product. It does not have the fingerprint sensor (a minor inconvenience but should be available at this price point) and the screen turns a solid color while using it and you have to lock and unlock the screen to get back to what you were doing. And now, barely a week after getting it, the screen on my phone has gone completely black and does not respond to touch. Based on my experience, this is not a good product.

The visible part of the screen isn't like in the pictures, It's smaller than an ORIGINAL. Occasionally changes to a solid color and you have to lock and unlock the screen to get back to the app you were using. Adhesive isn't included. If you don't mind waiting an extra day, probably just go with the ifixit.

This a terrible screen it is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough or not at all. I will get another one from somewhere else.

I needed a screen replacement in a hurry so this filled that requirement. I suspected the kit did not contain the adhesive since it was not listed, but I was very surprised it did not have the fingerprint sensor included.I have a stereo microscope and was able to successfully remove the old sensor and install it on the new screen, a very difficult operation... I also bought a roll of 2mm wide electronic mounting tape, so at least I had hedged against the missing adhesive.The kit did contain a nice credit card sized plastic tool which helped get the old screen off and it also came with a screen protector sheet, a plus.In contrast, the ifixit part comes with everything you need and the sensor, just takes a little longer to get one and I could not wait.In the end it all worked out, just a riskier repair...
