HOW TO BUY THE RIGHT SIZE
If you are unsure of the appropriate size or have any questions, please feel free to write to us, and we will be delighted to assist you. Additionally, you may provide your measured size during checkout for your convenience and perfect fit. To measure your head appropriately, follow these steps:
1) Using a measuring tape or a piece of string, record the circumference of your head starting in the middle of your forehead and going around your head approximately 1 cm above your ears.
2) Use this measurement and compare it to our size guide.
Once you have your head diameter, compare it to the sizes available and you are good to go.

I had been wearing those hats since I remember. I used to get them in Florida, but I moved to Georgia, and I depend of online shopping for many of my items. Don't take me wrong this is great hat, the fiber seems great quality, but it's not a Panama. I have quiet few ( photos), and they are superior in many ways.Overall, I will keep it, but I would suggest to the vendor DO NOT offer as Panama Hat. I will comeback in 3 or 6 moths to update my notes in this item

I recently got my hands on this handwoven hat, and I like it a lot and the fit is great, First off, it's definitely well-made, but don't expect to feel like Johnny Depp while wearing it—trust me, I tried from every angle. On the upside, my wife still thinks she’ll stick around anyway, so there's that.The craftsmanship is noticeable, particularly in the handwoven details. But while it looks good, the brim feels a bit on the delicate side. I wish the hat had a more sturdy feel to it overall. The color is almost white, but being in hot and sunny Texas and needing sun protection, I'm a little concerned about potential sweat stains and don't believe there is protection for that..This limit’s versatility. In our Texas climate, anyway.Oh, and it came with "sweat bands," which I have to say were almost comically lacking in quality. They definitely could've done better there.In the grand scheme of things, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase. It's not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. I'm giving it a solid 4 out of 5.

After many hours of looking for a Classic Fedora, Original Panama Hat, I decided the handwoven Toquilla by Ecua-Andino was the one for me. I placed the order and within a week I received my hat, man what a great looking hat.I was so excited to finally get it, tried it on and it was a little snug. It was totally my fault on the size. Needless to say I was a little bummed out, however I emailed the great folks at Zing (Xavier) and told them the situation. She told me the proper way to measure my head and if I would give them the correct measurement and return the original hat she would see to it that when the original hat was returned she would sent me a proper replacement. They received the hat back and promptly shipped the replacement. After a week The replacement had not arrived, I emailed Xavier, she checked the status and advised they refund my purchase and not to confuse the issue if I still wanted the hat to repurchase. I did just that, five days later I received my hat, but it was the original replacement. The following day I received the replacement's replacement. Both replacement hats were shipped out 2nd day air, the 1st one just got detained. The 2nd replacement is on it's way back.So far this review doesn't talk about the product, just the the great customer service that I received.I could not be happier with the comfort,quality and looks of my hat.I have had many friends and colleagues comment on how good it looks in just the few short times I've been able to wear it. I will proudly wear it for many years to come.Great Product, Great Service, Great Experience. You wont be disappointed.
