Just purchased the o ring repair kit from SnoozyMama. Brittany called and even FaceTimed me to help with the install and diagnose problems, which are now fixed! I did not expect a company to do so much for a $45 kit. Customer service over-exceeded expectations and so happy with them. Seems like they are extremely passionate about helping new parents. Highly recommended!
