This monitor was almost perfect, but in the end I had to return it. The quality for the price is outstanding. Great picture quality, nice build. However, this thing just would not stay on during a shoot. It would shut off randomly and sometimes take over a minute to turn back on. I wonder if it had issues with overheating, because it often felt quite warm. I wanted to love this so badly, but the power issues just made it too unreliable. FWIW, I was using a DC to D-tap cord (maybe it works better with a dummy battery or actual battery?).
