Have trip coming up and no spare batteries for DJI as both batteries aren’t charging. They stay Red and it’s been plugged in for over 24 hours. I tried different ports and tried to put in camera to charge and still nothing. This is very problematic as I have trip coming up and only one battery working. Still waiting on answer or support as I called in and email and nothing still on replacement. Still haven’t received replacement nor response or refund. Junk stay away. Junk Amazon and company still not resolved.

Just like the title says - bought this in February - in May it died. Would not recommend again unless they want to provide another battery.

So, first off, I'm a huge fan of this product. It looks and feels great. However, I was super bummed out when I went to use my action4 for the first time, that all the batteries I thought where 100% charged, sat only at 10%. I left them charging overnight in the extreme charger case thing - I know, not a good idea - but I forgot to unplug it before bed. I chatted with DJI online, they told me I must use a charging block get get enough juice to make these charge. It does NOT come with that. It comes with 2 batteries, the case, and a USB cord. That's it. They told me to use the block I have for my Macbook to get them to charge. REALLY????That's like buying a car, only to learn it has NO steering wheel, and they are expecting you'd use a steering wheel from a different car to complete the package.Other than that HUGE letdown, I am satisfied with this product - now that I know how to get it to work.

I mean it does what it says it does but the charging pack broke quickly and the hinge is now tape on mine. Bad hinge design. Very weak.

It's just a charger box. I was thinking it has its own battery. I don't think it's worth the money. One good thing is that it has a couple of small spaces to put sd cards.
