Had to remove a injection pump from a John Deere engine.Used the puller to remove the drive gear mounted to the injection shaft.The area between the radiator & front engine cover is tight.This puller fit in the small area & made the job so much easier.

The problem with shopping for tools on places like Amazon is that they're filled with the same types of tools form X brand so you don't know what quality you're going to get. OTC always rides that line of good price mixed with good quality (at least for the average home DIY'er). There were cheaper pullers out there, but I decided to go with OTC due to their reputation and I was not disappointed. The puller seems to be very good quality. I used it to separate the wheel bearings from the hubs on my 91 Acura NSX and it worked flawlessly.

Really nice quality tool, and no doubt much better than what I needed for my limited application - decided to go with the overkill rather than getting one that would not do the job. Used this to remove the pully and bearing housings of my old (1970's) powermatic jointer - these were original and had never been removed. Purchased this very good tool because I was afraid of the cheapo pullers failing.

I have used this for various applications and it has always been effective. Good price for normal garage mechanic, makes removing certain parts hassle free. You can rent these from an auto parts store, but such a great value for the money, was easier to just buy and always have in the top box. I can’t foresee it breaking or needing replacement in my lifetime.

This is a quality tool. The tool is strong enough yet small enough to get under tight places. Mainly used for pulling bearings off electric motors. I'm a professional industrial mechanic of 35 years, and for me to say I like a tool, well that says something.

A great little puller. Most foreign electric motors have an easy to break plastic fan. Fortunately they mold them with two cutouts. These pullers are perfect for removing the fans using two arms and the bearings using three.

Had issues with it slipping off, this tool is recommended by mopar to work on the 4.7 engines.I ended up using a different puller which worked great
