Works great. Has really helped me bushings out and holds up to the abuse.

If you’re buying this tool to remove rotary valve bearings from seadoo jet ski cases, it works great. Tool and attachments feel great feels like a quality tool. Bearing came out with ease very impressed.

Removes tough bearing races in seconds. Only complaint is that OTC doesn't currently stock a kit with a push/pull bridge included.

Well made and easy to use. Make sure to locate the tool properly (shoulder back side of bearing) and maintain tightness on the collet. I was pulling 3/4” bushings with this tool that just weren’t coming out. I heated them and beat on them with the slide hammer puller and they just didn’t budge. I ended up splitting the bushings with a saw blade and then used this slide hammer puller to finally remove them. Worked good!

Well built tool. The grips will spread to cover the full range of diameters between highest and lowest. I beat the h#ll out of a couple of bearings to remove them and no damage to the the grips. But, you have to make sure they are fully engaged and the slide bar collinear with the bearing otherwise I believe you could knock off the edge of the grips.

Purchased this tool for removing worn out bearings from idler bearings on Mail Processing equipment. (DBCS, DIOSS and CIOSS platform letter automation machines. maybe others. Each machine has over two thousand bearing. assemblies with at least two SKF 6001 bearings). 4581-1 is an exact fit to SKF 6001 bearing. Thousands of bearing assemblies will be rebuilt at a lesser cost with the help of this tool. Knowledge of proper usage of slide hammers should give many years of service. Happy camper

This works great for blind hole bearings that have a closed back end. You really have to get a strong, tight bite inside before pulling. I noticed other reviews suggesting the jaws broke off. I think this is from not having the jaws spread out enough.

If you have bearings or bushings in a blind hole to pull this is the ticket. I'm only giving it four stars because the largest puller is almost too small for the biggest bearing in an NP231 transfer case. It worked, but the puller head was loose enough fully expanded that it was a difficult pull and it was pretty beat up after I was done. But other than that it worked great.

Used it to remove the rear bearings from a motorcycle (KLR 650). Works like a charm and removed the old bearings without destroying them. A bit of heating with a blowtorch was required to get them moving.
