100% of the entire listing is a lie.If you actually trusted this and did anything with sensitive electronics you may very well destroy them.Possibly this would increase your risk compared to not wearing anything (because you'd think you were protected and thus not be as careful).Wireless anti-static protection is a scam.

Buy one with a cable that you can connect to ground. Continuity is required to actually work. You might as well wear a livestrong bracelet. It works just as well as this does, i.e., it doesn't work.
