When I ordered the original urn, I was in such distress about losing my fur baby, I ealized that I put the wrong dates on it after it was delivered. I reached out to the seller and they made a new custom urn at no charge!!! No questions asked! All they asked is that I donated the other urn to an animal clinic as a sample of their product. This urn is a beautiful and high quality. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

To some this engraved urn might appear expensive when compared to others. I lost my best friend and wanted something special for her remains. I wanted the urn engraved and when I called around I found that not every engraving source here could engrave on a round metal object. I made the purchase and received an elegant, super high quality urn for Grace. The price factor was immediately justified as the urn is a great value. This one will go in the box with me!
