Customer Service is 5 stars for the product. Initally worked kinda glitchy and then it didnt. Contacted them and immediately solved the issue. Kids love it and we use it all the time. Picture and Sound quality all depend on your set up but we had no issues using the firestick

A 15 hr drive w an 8 year old. This was a lifesaver. It worked perfectly with a 2018 Audi q5. Did the firmware update exactly as the instructions said and connected a firestick. Used an eSIM in my cellphone for data. Made the drive way easier.

Only 1/4 of the screen is displaying the video then a space and the stupid android auto menu i have a 13" display out of which i have a box about a 4 inches for video on a 2023 ford escape

We purchased this device after seeing it on Youtube and thought it would be a great addition to the vehicle for entertainment when on longe road trips. We have not tested on the road yet, but it works well while sitting in the driveway in front of the house. It does get warm to touch, not sure if this should be happening or not. We purchased this entertainment device for our 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate.Update: After purchasing and using this device for several months now, we find that it is a great accessory to have in your vehicle for entertainment not only for long road trips when your ipad or cell phone runs down, but when you get to where you are going, you can unplug your firestick and plug your firestick into the back of the TV and never loose track of your entertainment. This is a great device.

For the 10 mins period i got it to work there was a 2 second audio delay, then the unit refused to connect to the truck. Was also non functional in a 2023 BMW x3M

Didn’t know what to expect from the reviews. Used the device with our firestick with OnStar WiFi. The picture quality was perfect hd with only interruption in one dead cell area.The issues reported with sound delay in a firestick is easily resolved through the AV Sync settings.

I tried it with an Android and it shows the video 5% bigger than directly on my cellphone. It doesn't use the whole screen of my F150

Works with my fire stick very well. Not sure if it actually works without the fire stick as nothing seems to show other than putting in an hdmi device.I will say if you get this to use with your fire stick I would recommend getting a usb power cable as well. The fire stick will probably not run just on your usb connection in the car.Not sure if it will work in all vehicles either. A friend has a 2023 Honda accord and I couldn’t get it to work in it. I have a 2024 Cadillac CT5 and it does
