This puller is relatively easy to position, even in awkward spots. I had to use a locking wrench to act as a handle because the incorporated turn arm wouldn't budge. However, the wrench provided the turning leverage I needed, and only minor damage was done to the puller. For the price, choose this tool as your first option, if you need to pull stubborn wiper arms.

The tongs are too short to get under the wiper. Very disappointed. I don’t any others that are longer.

Probably would be okay if there is unimpeded area to access the wiper arm. No way would it work on my 2011 GMC Sierra.

Liked the construction of the puller. The steel appears to be very good quality and did not flex or bend with my use. The grip adjustment wheel was easy to use and make the arms snug. All threaded parts were smooth to turn or make adjustments.

Removed Tundra wiper arms. Easy, just remove nut, add a drop of penetrating oil between threaded wiper stud and arm base. Then tap arm base lightly side to side with plastic hammer or screwdriver handle. Prep tool by backing off the center handle lever. Adjust the tapered "wheel" until fingers of tool arms are centered and under wiper arm base. Snug and centered. Now use the lever handle to screw down the center ram onto the wiper stud. Keep Everything Centered and Straight as you turn the lever handle to add pressure. Do Not over crank, just real hand tight. Then Wait, the wiper has a tapered spline connection that will break free with a pop. Tap the arm base lightly side to side and give the tool lever handle another twist by hand. No need to bend or break tool as others have by misuse. Great tool - use it Right!
