The reason why I gave it only 4 stars is because they came shrink wrapped, stuck together and wrinkled. I had to use a hair dryer to get the wrinkles out. This is why they look so good on the cones. Each one was stuck to the other so I had to carefully pry them apart making sure the print would not come off (which it did on some). The description says the "Reserved Parking" imprint is on it 3 times but it is actually only 2 times. Despite these small issues the value is excellent. Couldn't find a better deal any where else. Waiting to see how they hold up with the the outdoor elements. Photo shows they can be used with different sized cones.
