It fits perfectly in my upper cartilage piercing. I love it so much more than the curved jewelry with 3 or more stones. I’m lazy and don’t like having to turn jewelry back right side up. This jewelry looks great no matter which direction it turns.The only negative is the same one I’d have for any flat backed piercings in that area – my hair gets wrapped around the backside.I have been wearing it for three days straight now with zero irritation. I’ll continue to wear it for months, I’m sure – again, I’m lazy – I hate changing out this style of jewelry so I try to find ones that I can wear whether I’m exercising or at a formal function.This says it’s stainless steel so I’ll update if I have any issues with the gold color coming off.
