These things are fairly easy to use, once you figure them out and they work well. The button hole is nice and snug but the button itself is smaller than the ones on some of my shirts but they serve their purpose all the same and are covered up by a tie anyway. I wouldn't call them stretchy by any means but they go on with a little effort and stay secured after. They have survived washing and even drying a few times. It is more comfortable than I had expected as well.I'm thinking these will last for years to come but if they don't I will buy them again.

Worth it if you need an expansion to the collar on your shirt. Even though some of them look cheap, it works. Super easy to use and definitely worth the money. Fits really well and not noticeable after putting a tie on it.
