For the price, I expected better quality “wood”. It’s very shiny and doesn’t even give the look of wood.

This frame was shown in a landscape view but when I got it, it was portrait view. No place to change it so I rightfully assumed it would come in as shown. Overpriced but cute frame.

This is the very WORST, UGLIEST personalized item I've ever bought. The frame is thin plastic; THE WORST part it they made a BIG MISTAKE, they capitalized "M" in Mommy and used lower case "e" in Emmy, the baby name. It looks horrible! I tried contacting the seller and only response is that it's not "returnable." It was a gift, for my daughter, shipped directly from Amazon, because she's in another state. She opened it and was shocked that I would send her something with an UGLY MISTAKE! It's going in the garbage! I've ordered from other sellers and never been so disappointed in the product and angry that the seller will not correct their mistake!
