Pros: Good quality for the most part. Good strength to weight ratio. Frees up space on your handlebars.Cons: On my mount the headlight points a few degrees to the right and there is no correction. From the manual, "The lighting angle can only be adjusted vertically. You cannot adjust it in the horizontal direction."Also from the manual: there may be interference between the headlight and a wireless analog computer.Nowhere on the international or USA-specific web pages does it say that you cannot adjust the horizontal direction of the headlight. Further, you cannot download the manual in advance of your purchase to anticipate any problems even though the manual says "Thoroughly read the instruction manual of the product that you are using."For $50 the value is not very good. Cateye should have engineered this computer/headlight mount to be more versatile (3 stars). Moreover, they should be upfront about the possible limitations (1 star deduction).

The bracket that held on my CatEye Padrone Plus, now was in the gravel, on the levee I'd been riding down the last 7 miles .... the screws had worked loose on the top part of the bracket holding on the odometer, and departed the handlebar.I had some electrical tape that I carry with me, taping it on to get me home ... about 10 miles away ... and secured it enough to get home, found all the parts for the bracket, except the 3 screws that held on the top part of the bracket! Can't say I was happy ... spending 60 bucks on a bracket to have screws work loose ... when the bracket cost as much as my Padrone+ ...**********************************amazon customer service is amazing.I wanted to just have the 3 screws replaced ... and since that wasn't possible, they refunded my purchase, in which I just repurchased the bracket again ... this time I will add Loctite to all the screws as my riding is on multiple terrains and can get pretty bumpy ...*******************************NOT RECOMMENDED ... CATEYE COMBO BRACET is not worth it in the current release. My second one did the EXACT SAME THING!NEXT: THE AMPP500 rechargeable Light, definitely causes the Padrone + computer to stop functioning when Light is turned on (regardless of the mode). I now have to find another light bracket or different light. I am losing faith in CatEye Products.

Love the design to uncluttered attachments to the bike handles.

Great addition to the many accessories for my bike. However I found that my Padrone wireless computer doesn't work when I pair it with AMPP500 on strobe mode. Must be something with the frequency interference as everything works if light is off or not in strobe/flashing mode. Once I use strobe mode which I do all the time for safety, the speedometer reading freezes, doesn't read or is very erratic -- virtually making the computer useless. So I have separated the two components to their own brackets and now the computer works fine all the time. Even thought I done use the bracket for two devices, it still is handy to clean up the handle bar although a rather expensive one. The bracket is quite sturdy.Cateye was of no help in sorting the issue out, I just figured it out myself by trial and error.

Great idea but this mount will not accept wired bike computers. That is something that should be more clearly noted. I have owned wireless bike computers and just have not liked them. Bought this mount with the intention of using it to move headlight and computer forward of my handlebars. This would be a good option for wireless computers. A bit pricey though compared to a similar quality phone mount I have.
