I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He is the average size 10 year old boy and I bought him an XL - to give him a little growing room. No doubt this duster will last him a while. He was so tickled. The duster does have a VERY slight smell to it, but that is because IT IS REAL and weatherproof. The only thing I wish was different is the color. He wanted a black one, and it only came in brown at that time. He hasn't complained though, he just loves it. If my other grandson wants one, this is the one I will get - again.

This is one of the finest made jackets, especially in youth size, I have ever seen. The oil skin gives it a waterproof and kind of heavy feel that also cuts the wind. This jacket does not look like a trench coat but is like a "cowboy" jacket. It looks more like what Gambit would wear (x-men). The construction is top notch. The only negative comment would be the sizing. The sizing chart, even from the manufacturer is poor. We had return one and order a second, the sizing was right on the small, but the sleeves were way short, had to bump up to a large, just for the sleeves. A sleeve length measurement would have been great. Overall, excellent product, and the return went well.
