This one was hard for me to rate. The product itself is great. I think its a great idea, really on to something here. I do feel something is missing and something could be done so they enjoy it more. It came with 6 stakes you hammer into the ground and they really secure it. They !and sure the pole is not going anywhere, that I am sure of. I could only get 5 in because there was rocks under where the last one needed to go. I was not about to pull the whole thing up and do it again. I'm not worried at all with only 5. It's sturdy, it's durable,easy to install for the most part, really easy to assemble, comes with 2 different toys, and is a great idea. So why 3 stars?I have 5 dogs and I can not get any of them to actually play with it. I've tried everything. They all love playing with both roles when they are off the pole. They will play tug a war with me using those all day if I let them. The minute I put them on the pole they lose all interest. All 5 of them. it's like I put the toy away. Out of 5 dogs you would think one of them would like it. That and the price. I think $74.99 (price at time of review) is too high for this product. I don't know about materials/metals and how much they cost but there can tend anyway this cost that make changes to make. Its a pole that had a spring, with some u shaped nails, a rope toy, and a nylon toy. There's not mean change to it. So its a good product, built extremely well ( I do see how the carabeana hook could break with bigger, stronger dogs),, durable and sturdy for the most part, but definitely not for my dogs. I have smaller dogs. They range from 4 to 10 pounds, maybe that's why. Forgot to mention the height is adjustable which is nice. It did go low enough for them to play. So while I wanted to give this more stars I couldn't. Might be better for another family.

This was the perfect toy for my Corgi and my Frenchie. They play outside and tugging out that rope all day. I'll say the quality of both the rope and the spring Stand are very well made

I got this for my German Shepherd, and he loved it right away! The stakes held up well in the ground, but he’s pretty strong, so I’ll be reinforcing them with concrete for extra durability. Also, he figured out how to unclip the toy from the original carabiner (smart guy!) so I swapped it out for a locking one and now it works perfectly.

I have a German Shepard it is too small for her and she doesn't play with it by herself she wants the rope to go around like a ball and it doesn't.

I have mixed views on this item...I think it's a great item! I tried to hammer the posts into the ground and my ground is so hard that I can't get them in. So I took the rest and tied it to the tree. my doggy loves the toys this came with and I'd love to use the post! I will try to soften the ground and try again. It is very well made! A great design! Well worth it! Will update review.

My dog requires a lot of attention when it comes to playtime. I am constantly throwing the frisbee or playing tug of war with her. I have been trying to think of a way to balance my chores, while keeping her happy. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. It was not too difficult assembling this product into the grass in our yard. In Florida, the dirt seems to be fairly soft so it was easy getting the stakes down in through the grass. I am more concerned about the stakes slowly making their way out of the grass due to the soft soil. I will say that my dog is not as thrilled to play with the product, as she is to play with me. However, she has found the toy to be a fun alternative at times. There are three different height adjustments to accommodate dogs of all sizes. We switch between the small height and medium height for my poodle. The pole has not ripped out of the ground yet, but I will update my review if it does. The entertainment value is average. The main issue is trying to get the dog interested in the toy. The functionality of the toy is average. The pole can only stretch so far, which limits the dog a bit. My dog stays entertained for a few minutes at a time. The current price of $74.99 seems a bit high based on the overall value. The chewability of the toy is excellent. The size options available are great.

This is an incredibly poorly designed product. The advertising would make you believe that it is adequate for a large strong bully. But reality is very different. In minutes, it was pulling out of the ground, the carabiner broke after 5 or 6 tugs, and the quality of the tug toy was very substandard. Nothing about the product is as advertised or would have been expected given the price.

Stands about 3ish feet tall. Super easy to install. I recommend having a hammer on hand to hammer the stakes in the ground. Takes all of 5 minutes to install. Durability is outstanding. My dogs have yet to play with it but we shall see....
