**EDITAdjusting review due to customer service. Regarding my complaints, customer service went above and beyond to make me happy. They sent a new cover free of charge, Thank you!I feel there needs to be some design changes in the cover (the frame is fine). More grommets along the bottom tarp instead of just one in each corner and use thicker material around all grommets to keep them from tearing so easily from breezy days.Put this together only to get to the last steps of putting the tarp/covers on and find a smashed grommet in the main tarp which rendered it unusable and it’s on the end of the tarp! The tarp/cover is too thin and has torn away from the grommets in all lower corners. Customer Service offered a $20 refund! Unreal, I need a whole new cover for this and it’s the most expensive part! Junk, don’t buy.

I had an issue with my shed, the stakes that were supplied did not hold it in place. I had just put it together within a few days later and we had some major wind gusts. It toppled over and bent the frame. I reached out to customer service and let them know what happened. They without hesitation sent me a new one. Great customer service team to stand behind their product. I give it 5 stars for the customer service. If your going to buy this, I would use some secondary heavy duty stakes which I purchased afterword.

Once we started assembling the tent I realized we needed power tools (a drill and bits) to make holes in the poles to install the brace pieces! Where did it say that in the product description and why would this be designed that way??
