They sent wrong stuff first time. The customer service was fantastic and they made everything right. The first pole was missing the sleeve. The sleeve makes all the difference and the loops stay in place. The dog is enjoying the toys and running around the pole.

I just received this today and already disappointed! The quality of this toy is junk and I will be requesting a refund. The grommets come off and the stick recoils. I knocked this thing in the ground so far my dog almost pulls it out.

Not worth the money. My black lab is the same height when I got it in the ground. She pulled on it once & walked away. A little while later she’s running around with the pull part. Well that was that.

I am not sure if this product was to come with 2 toys/roped. The picture shows two but I only received one. It is not as tall as I thought it was. The instructions say to stick it in the ground 16 to 18 inches deep (for obvious reasons) my dog likes it. The 2 rubbers that should hold the hook in place are not big enough to hold the rope in place so it falls to the bottom. My dog seems to enjoy it so it’s not a total waste of money.
