Ordered these while rebuilding the 8" under my '67 Mustang, didn't think to check the dimensions as the product is listed as being compatible with 64-73 Mustangs - was therefore quite surprised to find these were ~1/3" to small when I went to install them in my axle housing. I poked around online and couldn't quite find a clear answer, but it looks like there's a small bearing and a large bearing 8" housing, with the smaller bearing housing logically taking a smaller seal. Moral of the story, be aware there's different sized axle shaft seals for the ford 8" and get the right ones. For my C code car, National 9569S was the right fit.
