easy to install,need to make a note, that the bottom piece that holds the cloth back is not included, need to remove from previous bag.

The only thing different is that it doesn't attach to the bottom of the bag from the clip on the machine. I attached it myself with a clip I made... easy peasy! This bag is exactly what I wanted.

This commercial outer bag is much thicker than a standard outer bag for your XL Oreck. If you need a replacement bag this should fit just about any standard XL Oreck vac. My XL Oreck particular model number was not listed in their replacement guide, so I took a chance, and it looks like they are all the same. It fit my old beater perfectly, works well, and will hold up much longer than one of those cheap bags. It does not replace using the inner paper bags so you will still need to buy those, but it houses those bags with much better containment.
