We bought a smaller grill, so a similar, stainless steel skillet I had was too large. I was happy to find this smaller version, but it has what I consider to be a big design flaw. The handle has three prongs that fit into any three holes along the side edge of the skillet from underneath. It hold well as long as the skillet is in the normal, cooking position. As soon as my veggies are grilled, I like to dump them into a serving bowl. The problem with the handle design is that when you turn the skillet upside down, or even sideways, the pan falls off of the handle. My previous skillet also had a removable handle, but of a different design, and it didn't do this. If you never want to dump food out of this skillet, then it should work fine for you.

Lo uso sin la pata. Muy útil para asar chiles poblanos o lo necesario para una buena salsa de jitomate. No quema. Puedo poner varios chiles a la vez. He comprado otros oara regalo.
