I bought a packet of these on a whim in desperation for spring to arrive. The first one bloomed in late June. This is unheard of. They are bigger than common morning glory and last up to two days. I have just ended my garden season and I can’t imagine my yard without these. AMAZING PURCHASE

It is not a chocolate mourning glory , save yourself some time and buy them somewhere else. I’m an honest reviewer trying to help another gardener ❤️

Lovely subdued color I would not call chocolate but a greyed pink with white edge. A nice subtle addition to the garden. Wish more of the seeds were viable yet enjoyed what took.

These morning glories seem rather fragile. They were unable to handle direct North Carolina sunlight and hard storms. Most of the seedlings I started in my flower beds shriveled and died.I was determined to get the things to bloom. I planted them in oversized planters on my porch, on the side that gets the morning sun. They did very well. I used wooden poles to get the vines to climb up to my trellis. After more than two months, they are finally starting to bloom. They are not chocolate. They are burgundy streaked with white, quite disappointing. They're not that much bigger than the wild morning glories that cover my back yard fence.I realize that alkaline or acidic soil can affect the colors of flowers and I'm going to plant these again next year, on the porch. If you're looking for the true brown in this stock photo and a hardy plant, buy another brand.

Quickly becoming my favorite flower; mine are trimmed in white. So far I have not seen any solid blooms; the leaves are huge and variegated. I love the bloom and the plant that I have trained on a large trellis. I want more next year to sow along our chain link fence.

I adore morning glories. I know some people thing they are weeds and consider them to be invasive, but if you use them in patio pots with trelliss' they are great. I have about 15 different varieties and I keep them under control. I also collect the seeds in the fall. Lovely little flowers and they last all Spring, Summer and Fall.
