Do not buy is brand of toilets! We purchased and only have 1 yr warranty which is awful for an electric product. They give you the run around. The solenoid conveniently goes bad every 2 yrs that’s $150 to replace since your warranty is now out. After having this toilet for 2.5 years the bidet water keeps running, we were told we have to buy a whole new seat for $700. You’re better off buying elsewhere - STAY AWAY from the company. Their customer service is awful, everything is expensive and breaks quickly after the warranty runs out. I would give it negative stars if I could.

This is my second bidet seat from Ove, but an upgrade from the first. Comfortable and easy to use.

This is a dangerous product! Purchased at a local store and it worked fine for 5 months. Then it started steaming, and completely burned me while sitting on it. Turned it off, then back on after a few hours but the issue did not get resolved. I called the company but their customer service is a joke and warranty is worthless. I DO NOT recommend getting this smart bidet and I certainly don't recommend this company.

This product is super nice but…All the bells and whistles and I’m happy with performance. I purchased the OVE because I bought an OVE toilet and with its unique hardware on the seat, other brands wouldn’t offer the perfect fit.The installation was ridiculous and my husband came close to pulling the brand new OVE toilet out. The way the toilet is configured and the distance it is to the wall once attached makes it almost (very almost!) impossible to get behind for hookup.Make sure to check this out before buying if your toilet is already installed or better yet, install this before buying or better, better yet, buy a toilet that has it already attached from the manufacturer.

FedEx totally destroyed the box and only got seat, power cord, and instructions, no parts.They are sending out a new unit. Hopefully it gets here.We do have one already and it works very well.The seat connection is hard to get it tight enough to not slip is the only issue.Hope the 2nd one gets here in good shape.Got replacement, but remote did not work.They are sending out a new remote.Got the replacement remote and it works.Very nice units, but 2nd one had issues, but very good support and they made it right.

If you have an OVE toilet, this is the bidet to get.I bought the “Elongated Round” model and it was a perfect fit.Good:Side control panel on toilet that doesn’t stick out sideways.Also has a wireless remote control.It works reasonably and was easy to install.Fits my OVE toilet to a Tee.Bad:The controls are not intuitive. Must read the manual.The back hump is a bit annoying but it’s there on most of the bidets.The jet’s forward and back position adjustment is limited.Like most other bidet's the air dry is mediocre at best and useless at worst.What could be better about it:A Smartphone bluetooth app would have been better than the remote.Also, AAA batteries are not included.The default blue color for the toilet bowl IMO doesn't look good. An adjustable color RGB light would have been so much nicer.Overall, I’m happy with it.

Installation was simple, just gotta make sure you tighten all the joints. This is my first bidet and I gotta say, the hype is real. Combine this with a squatty potty and you'll have spent less time in the toilet. I used to hate doing number two, but this has taken the anxiety and frustration of wiping completely away.May 31 2024 UpdateThe supply hose that connects to the bidet has begun leaking. Ive managed to disconnect the hose, and reconnecting it eventually fixed it. I wish there was a way to get support. For how much money I spent trying to get this to fit my ove toilet, I am highly disappointed, especially given how involved it can be when you barely have enough space to work with.
