This product was too light weight for my kitchen needs. Gave it away. For malts or shakes need heavier duty product. My mistake, not Amazon's.

Don't buy save your money and invest in something better the cup is small and it doesn't mix well.the mixing blade is just a round piece of metal that just spins dosent mix waste of money. Moter gets hot fast waste of time don't be fooled smaller than what it shows.the truth is I think it's a waste of hard earned money if your wanting to make shakes for family night. Forget it .

The little shake stick it’s not removable, so it makes it a little an comfortable to clean, other than that, it works good!

Not a super machine, I especially don't like the bare metallic disk; I would prefer a plastic coated disk with a serrated edge. The metal causes problems when you're using an unforgiving cup (like glass) because if you accidentally touch the glass... well the result isn't great. Decent strength, but the metallic disk is less than ideal.
