I was glad to see I could buy new filters, mine has lasted a year ! But it broke n I looked on Amazon n there it was, a two pack !Name brand n I like it

These are most convenient as I like to empty the dustbin and change filters between rooms as this vacuum picks up quite a bit of talcum powder-like dust that others leave behind. I am amazed at how quickly these vacuum cleaner filters fill up. Not a criticism, but a compliment on how well these vacuum cleaners work.I rinse out the used filters, but they take about a day to dry thoroughly.

I have copd. I must have HEPA filters in anything I purchase that effects the air I breathe. I purchased a dyson but, it does not have this type of filter so, when the cleaning lady uses it I go to the other room. I use this new vac. because, it does have the HEPA filter. This filter really makes a big difference in my breathing. I will always keep several in stock so, I can change it often. It is recommended to change it every 6 months. I will change it more often than that because, of copd. I have not had this vac. very long but, so, far this filter seems to be doing a good job. I will give an update later if there is any change.
