The item was fine BUT I ordered one rack and it came with only one hook. I asked to have a second hook shipped but was told you could only send an entire new rack. It arrived with only ONE hook too. Luckily I kept the first one and was able to use its hook.The source needs to do a better job of quality assurance in packaging.

I returned this twice. It had brown melting spots probably from the welding. Looked cheap and dull. Got a different one. I was disappointed because I thought the first one was just a flute but the replacement was the same thing.

I love this towel rack! It's stainless steel and super sturdy, looks really good! My door is white, just like the product image, and it looks great on that. The one issue I have is when you pull off the towels, it can move and slam against the door (there's no rubber pieces where it is touching the door at the bottom of this towel rack, but there should be). I am not careless but was worried about this and used double-sided tape to glue some leftover silicone (from a clear silicone mat) on the part that touches the door, and it's been a lifesaver, just so that I know I'm not damaging the paint of the door. Apart from that, this rack is perfect and I would definitely repurchase! It would be 5 stars if they had some kind of rubber stopper on it, but since I had to fix it up myself, I give this 4 stars. It's super easy to install (just hang it over the door). My bathroom door still closes good with this on! yay!

This item is a great tool for saving space. We use this in our cabin, because there isn’t much storage. The rack is easy to assemble, can be done in minutes and then ready to use. It is made well and is sturdy. Fits over any standard door. Just make sure you have clearance as the bottom ring sticks out about 9 inches.

I love that this is all stainless steel and how the three towel rails are graduated out so the towels have a bit more space to hang. The hooks on the bottom are a nice touch too - for extra towels or bathrobes to hang from! Looking forward to using this for years :-)

I have been looking for a bath towel rack for a long time to add to the freestanding bathroom towel rack that I got long ago, but could not find again to buy another one. This towel rack seems to be made of high-quality materials and works reasonably well hanging from my shower wall, but it could use two significant design improvements:1. It is about 12 to 18-inches shorter than I would prefer. To extend this, all they need to is make the over-the-door hanging brackets 12 to 18-inches longer.2. The other problem required an immediate DIY (Do It Yourself) solution. It needs to have some sort of pad where the bottom of the tubular sides of the rack will make noisy contact with the door — or, in my case, the shower wall whenever a towel is hung on it or removed from it. The can be easily solved by wrapping the place in each rack that touches with some thick, preferably waterproof, tape, or adding a very small, soft plastic bumper to each side.Another suggestion for improvement:conceal the spot welds on both sides of the support arms.
