Installed in 2007 Sedona LX with power sliding door but no other features - no sunroof, no power liftgate. If that's your configuration, this will work. Great to have front lights again! Ten minutes to get it in. Though the images posted are a little off in color, this is the matching grey. I couldn't find this exact item anywhere else online but here. When installing the new unit, the two metal clips can make it difficult to get the button portion in place evenly - you don't need the metal part of the clips that slip into the slots in the frame. I just removed them. The two screws hold it securely and it fits flush.

Exactly what we needed. The old one broke on us. Sliding door buttons work again! Now we need to figure out our light, but that might be a different issue.

It's a perfect fit for my 2007 KIA Sedona LX and it came on time in an original KIA package/box. I should have bought this a long time ago, anyway I'm very happy with this purchase.
