To the seller: My only suggestion would be to make the hardware black.I would rate this as an excellent product. Saturday and took about 40 min for the hubs to put it together. It’s on me for not looking at the photos more closely, but it is a lot of silver hardware.All-in-all a great value for the cost. If the hardware bothers you, a very light coat of black spray paint may do the trick.

I'm a larger gal, about 280 lbs. This chair is SOO roomy. Almost TOO big! I'm only 5'4" so my feet can "dangle" some. But I love it! I bought myself a nice cushion and it's bliss. A friend put it together by himself. He had no complaints. I think the directions referenced it was easier to do with 2 people but he didn't need any help. As with anything you have to put together, it goes easier and much smoother if you use a drill. The chair seems very durable. I'm very happy to have found this chair.

In a previous review I was disappointed to say the least. We were missing parts. We ordered in enough time to give as a Mother's day gift. I emailed the company to have them send me the missing parts for the one chair. The representative emailed back expeditiously assuring me the problem would be resolved. The company emailed the next day offering a full replacement of the chair not just the part! I was sent a tracking number and it arrived today! I am so impressed with the customer service and how quick the resolved it going above and beyond.My review on the chair is wow, I LOVE THEM! We are big people and specifically wanted a heavy duty oversized rocker. Look no more this is the chair for you. Big beautiful and sooooo comfortable. Please note the high back, most are only 41 in , this chair is 43+ in, supporting more of your upper area of body for extreme relaxation! Great built for long lasting front porch enjoyment!

Great rocker. Super comfortable and perfect for tall people as it seats taller than a traditional rocker. This company provides great customer service as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely love this oversized outdoor rocking chair! It’s super sturdy, comfortable, and holds up great in all weather. The size is perfect for relaxing on the porch, and the smooth rocking motion is so soothing. Easy to assemble and looks fantastic.

UPDATE - After reading my review the company reached out to me with an apology and an offer for a full refund because of their mix up. While this still may not be the chair for you if you're looking for an oversized seat, their customer service is excellent so I changed my rating to reflect that.Original Review - The dimensions showed in the photo and listed in the description are incorrect. We specifically purchased this brand even though it cost more money than other similar chairs because of the larger dimensions, but it's the same size or even smaller than others we were looking at. The width of the bottom of the chair is actually 23 inches.
