Love my vacuum! Unit is in garage so very little sound. Super suction. Much better than two I previously used in my last home.

Disappointed. After first bag change the O-Ring seal fell out. Despite many attempted methods, i have not been able to get it to adhere back to the top unit, and cannot re-assemble it manually, as it keeps falling off. Machine seems to work well otherwise, but this is a show-stopper, so trying to return it now or get guidance on a repair. As it is installed and I no longer have the packaging, I'm not sure how this will be resolved at this point. I was also disappointed that it does not have a vacuum hose attachment point on the unit itself, as Nutone units do. I wish i had chosen the Nutone replacement instead of going for the less expensive competitor :-(

Stopped working 13 months after purchasing. Very very disappointing to say the least. It started with the unit randomly shutting off while in use. Then the problem became the unit not shutting off at all and the only way to get it to shut off is to unplug from the power outlet. Next, the unit refused to turn on at all. When I tried to contact customer service I received no response. Supposedly, the product has a 10 year limited warranty but this is useless if the company does not respond to customers.

Works great in my 3200 sqft house (plus about 1500 additional sqft finished basement). Excellent price. Received it in about 1 week. Easy to install. Strong suction. Easy to remove bottom for debris removal.

I just got finished installing this unit in my 2250 sq foot home with 5 inlets.Pros1. Install was easy2. Extremely powerful, it's honestly a little scary how much suction this thing has3. It's fairly quietCons1. The mounting bracket is ok, it has a bit of play in it, but allows you to level the unit nicely, the unit also leans forward on a slight angle in the bracket but I suppose I could shim it forward slightly.2. The bag installs kind of weird in the canister, seems like it'll have enough air flow though so likely it will not be an issue.3. Motor amperage is lower than advertised, however the suction this thing has is insane, I wouldn't want a higher powered one.AdditionalSome reviews say they've had attachments fail, the attachments also only have a two year warranty. I bought this as a canister only though as I have a lot of working attachments still.

This vacuum is very powerful and has run flawlessly for almost 5 years in a home with lots of dog hair. I recently had an issue, reached outs to customer service and they responded in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours a replacement part was sent.

OVO 630 vacuum replaced an aging central vac. Enjoying at least 2x the suction power and the vacuum power head now getting carpets much cleaner. Easy to install, directions and you tube video make the job easy enough a novice can do it.

My 27 y.o. central vacuum's motor caught fire. It was put out quickly and the damages seemed contained within the motor compartment but I think it's about time for a new one.I picked OVO partly because of it's reasonably priced. But the decision is mainly based on the least mods required to my existing piping and similar in size to my existing one.OVO is a top inlet unit while my old one is a side inlet one. I do have to add an 90° elbow & 6" of 2" diam. pipe to the existing piping but the reduction in efficiency should be negegible.Upon starting up, I was amazed by the strong suction & the quietness of to this unit comparing to my old one. The old unit has a industrial type tangential bypass motor comparing to this flow thru type motor which might explain it's longevity but OVO gives a more than reasonable 10 yr warranty on its motor.The reason I don't give it a 5 star is on its design. It has a permanent filter extended way into the bottom canister to allow for operation without a vacuum bag. But it's located right in the middle of the canister which takes up a good amount of space for the optional vacuum bag. I opt to use a vacuum bag due to previous experiences with bagless central vacuum. Using a bag makes it much less messy when it comes to emptying. Besides it will keep the permanent filter cleaner and needs lesser maintenance.We only had using this for about a week but I won't hesitate to recommend to others.Edit: After 5 months of use, the LED indicator tells me it's time to replace the bag. Upon opening the canister, I found the bag was only 1/3 full. This proved my observation above was right. Anyway, replacing the bag with some aftermarket one doesn't cost much. It's not a deal breaker so no star deducted from the review.

The motor is powerful and quiet. The sound of the air rushing into the hose is actually louder than the noise from the motor in the basement. We were skeptical about the lack of a positive lock between the telescopic wand and tools (floor, upholstery, crevice, etc) as they are just a friction fit. But, the design works. They don't fall off and are easy to remove. The user just has to centre them when installing.Any central vac system is a bit of work to install unless the house is a new build. Opening up drywall and making holes in the top and bottom wall plates needs a bit of effort and all the right tools. Cutting and gluing the hose is very straight forward.
