I have not used top tier brands like All Clad/Made In, but was very impressed with the pan. Comes to temperature quickly and retains heat. Did not experience hot spots.The lid is a concern. It's making thermal sounds like it's ready to shatter into my food. I've put in a request to replace the lid, but otherwise quite pleased and helps me enjoy cooking more!

Bought this as a gift for my son. He absolutely loves this pan, it is very versatile and does not stick at all. It is very easy to clean and lightweight.

This review is for the OXO Agility Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 3.57QT Chef’s Pan with Lid.Love the look and shape. Exactly what I wanted. I just have a question about the size, on the description is said 3.57 QT, but the mark measurements inside the pan it says 2.5 QT.🤷♀️. I’m keeping it because the size is perfect for me.

Does this company know about proper packaging of their products-????. The pictures about are taken right after I opened the box from Amazon. Does the employee that packaged this product understand proper packaging. It’s too late tonight to contact anyone. I knew as I picked up the box from outside I could hear the broken glass. I find it astonishing that an amazon employee didn’t use some packing material at all. Does OXO have proper boxes for their products, especially what I paid for it. Can’t say how good the pan is right now. I’m going to leave it as is. My recommendation right now is don’t purchase this pan. There is blame to go around on this one from OXO and Amazon.

This pan is great for cooking stews or dishes like beef stroganoff. I recently made a small Sheppards Pie in a smaller version of the same pan. After preparing the meet and sauce I simply covered the meat with mashed potatoes and put it directly into the oven. Easy peazy and simple clean up.

Pan works almost as well as the major brand tri ply sauciers, plus has a helper handle which most don’t. The aluminum edge is also sealed so it should fare better in the dishwasher without the aluminum layer dissolving, only a couple other pans have this and they are all 2-3x the price or more.I like the idea of the measurement markings on the side but these ones are hard to see in practice depending on what’s cooking. Super easy to fill with an amount of water or clear stock but hard to see when reducing something that sticks to the sides.If you get discoloration on the bottom just put a glug of vinegar in there and let it sit a minute, same as any other stainless pan. Ran mine through the dishwasher on the bottom shelf after making some BBQ sauce and got a hazy rainbow coating on the bottom, went away easily with vinegar, haven’t gotten anything like that with hand washing though.I would pay a little more for a solid handle but at this price point the handle is alright.
