FLYINGVOICE P20P VoIP Phone for Business

Please Read before Purchasing
- We recommend this product for business use, as configuration might be a bit challenging for those without a technical background
- Additionally, some special features may not be commonly used in a home setting
- However, we are happy to provide as much detailed technical information as possible to assist you

Basic Setting for the First Time
Step 1. Starting the Phone: Connect the power adapter, the phone will start the initialization process automatically. (If failed, please plug it again or reach out to us)
Step 2. Configuring the Phone: (Connect to Internet)
Connect via wired network / Wi-Fi
- Wired network: Connect the phone's WAN port to a router/switch's LAN port with an Ethernet cable.
- Wi-Fi: Press "Menu" soft key, choose Basic Settings > Wi-Fi -> Wi-Fi On -> Press "OK" -> Available Network(s), select the network and press “Connect” -> Enter password if needed -> Press "Save". Press “Back” and check the Wi-Fi Status.
Step 3. Registering the phone: (Via LCD Screen/Web)
1. Via the LCD Screen: This approach is more suitable for beginners with no prior knowledge.
- Press the "Menu" soft key -> choose Advanced Settings -> enter the login password (Default: admin) -> Press “OK” -> Accounts -> Line 1 -> Enable the Registration -> Input the Subscriber Information, Proxy and Registration Information (Please get these info. from you UC/ITSP) -> Press “Save” to save the configuration -> Check the registration status of the corresponding line on the screen.
2. Via Web: This approach is more suitable for advanced setup, you can configure more features/settings while registering.
2.1 Accessing the web management:
- The default is to obtain an IP address automatically in the case of DHCP, if it is a static IP address, please configure it manually.
- Press “Menu” soft key on your phone, find My Status -> Network to find the IP address of your phone. Then, open a web browser on your computer, enter the IP address into the address bar, press “Enter” key on your computer keyboard. Enter username (Default: admin) and password (Default: admin) in the login page and click Login.
2.2 Registering on the web management:
- Click SIP Account ->Line 1 / Line 2 -> Basic Setup -> Line Enable, select "Enable" -> Input the Subscriber Information, Proxy and Registration Information (Please get these info. from you UC/ITSP) -> click Save & Apply -> check the Register Status, it will appears "Registered" when configure successfully. If not, please reach out to us for assistance.
Step 4. Further information: If you would like to get the full guidance of all features, search for the Manufacturer’s web -> Products -> Select the corresponding model -> Resources.

How could I use these funtions?
Access Point Mode
- Connect the phone's WAN port to a router/switch's LAN port with an Ethernet cable
- Menu -> Advanced Settings -> Network -> AP -> On
- Once you've turned on the AP mode, you can set the Wi-Fi name and password! This lets your cell phone, tablet or laptop connect to the shared network of the VoIP phone. It's really easy and it's a great way to stay connected on the go!
Wi-Fi to LAN
- Please refer to Step 2-> Wi-Fi in the previous section to connect the phone to an available Wi-Fi network
- Find the PC port on the back of the VoIP phone -> Connect the phone to the computer with an ethernet cable
- To ensure a faster and more stable network connection for your PC, using the Wi-Fi to LAN mode would be a better choice.


Pay attention: If your service provider/PBX is not listed, please check compatibility with us
- After the first successful configuration, there is no need to reconfigure after a power failure
- If the sound quality is not clear, there are current sounds, noises, etc., this is an abnormal situation for our products, we can arrange a specialized engineer to test
- As some SIP providers have special configuration methods, please contact our engineers

What Should I do after recieving the VoIP Phone?
Package arrived

1. Select a VoIP Phone number provider or a cloud PBX, and choose their service depends on your need

Please note that a VoIP service provider or PBX is required to use our VoIP phones, we are compatible with most service providers on the market
