Purchased for use with Hamshack Hotline, phone is straightforward to use and program... however, two different examples produced excessive RF emissions in the 2 meter amateur radio band from the LED driver circuit for the buttons, specifically interfering with my main local repeater. It would be a suitable phone for many applications, which is why I didn't rate this lower, but it was not usable for my application.

Fails to mention you have to buy a power cord separately.

When I bought it it was ok after a week started to stop working. It was disconnecting sometimes then if came back again. I left a message to the seller and he contacted me very quickly. We had no objection to return it or exchange for another one. But I decided to wait and see if it happens again. I like this phone. Thank you.

We had the need for one phone to have many more buttons on it for various lines. This fit the bit perfectly. The audio is a bit off with the speaker phone, but it was a used unit so it is to be expected. Well made and we have several Cisco SPA series phones. Happy with the purchase.

It is not obvious from the description or technical specifications but this doesn't come with the power supply - you must order that separately. This was/is a great inconvenience if you don't know this at the time of the order - which I did not. So I must wait a couple more days, spend another $10-$15, and therefore it cannot be tested for satisfaction.
