I accidentally dropped on the floor and it didn't crack and leave a mess! Great for crafing and they don't expire!

These are NOT PAPER MACHE! They are plastic with a thin strip of brown paper strips glyed over it.I used it for an armature for one of my sculpts when I cured it in the oven it warped and ruined all my gard work! I’m sure for painting they are great with a nice smooth surface but I just wasted 3 hours of sculpting at the height of my holiday production time. @curiousclaycreations

I ordered these for a school event that was Candy Land themed, cut them and turned them into gumdrop balloon weights. The eggs are covered in paper but are a thin plastic underneath. They cut easily with a knife. Easy to work with.

I will be getting more next year!! The whole family enjoyed painting them and decorating them for Easter Sunday. They are cardboard but they take in paint perfectly and they dry beautifully. These are a great product for arts and crafts.
