These threaded rods are of good quality. They are finished very nicely, with no sharp edges or "crud" in the threads. Right out of the package they are ready to go.I used these along with some rivet nuts to assemble a wood furniture project. These enabled me to hide the rods on the internal portions of the piece which gave a really nice finished look.The pricing was similar to what I could find in my local hardware store. These are WAY easier and much nicer than cutting the heads off of bolts. Highly recommend.**Tip for tightening these is to use two nuts together. Use the outside nut to tighten. Remove both nuts when done.I'm very happy with these threaded rods.

I picked up these 40mm all-thread pieces to mate with some Niooliuk coupling nuts. Together they make great mini screw jacks. As with all stainless fasteners, be sure to use anti-seize on the threads to prevent galling.For as little as I use screw jacks, most of the time it happens to be in tight spaces where this threaded rods and the mating coupling nuts really shine and earn their keep in my shop. I am supremely satisfied with the quality of these shorty all-thread rods and should I ever need more I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again. The threads are clean, free of burrs, and have a wonderfully clean finish. What more can you ask for? Get some!

The Niooliuk M8 - 1.25 x 40mm Studs are not marked with a grade or manufacturer. Metric Stainless Bolts, Nuts, and Studs larger than 5 mm require markings. There is no way to tell if these studs meet ISO 3506 Grade A1, A2, or A3. These studs are not suitable for applications with significant Shear or Load. There is no one to hold accountable in the event of failure.Spark and magnetic testing indicate an 18-8 or 300 series stainless steel. The M8-1.25 threads meet specifications.These will last a very long time when exposed to the weather.

As a welder, it is necessary to have these fully threaded rod fasteners on hand and ready so you can make new bolts that you may break. These Niooliuk fasteners have been a life saver for me. They are great to work with since they are made of quality stainless still. After looking at each piece, I can say I see no defective notches or anything like that. The threads are clean and concise. This makes my bold making efficient and laden with quality.

I'm using these as spacers between window panes that I'm tenting over narrow raised beds so the rain can come through the openings at the top of the T tent but also keep the window panes together and solid against the elements.
