Was a great call to order before replacing the front bumper on my 2006 gmc sierra. The old plugs ones were 90 percent trash and unusable. A hint I found was to place lower air dampener on first and install as a whole unit. Tried the other way and you will suffer and not be able to install all of them, if any. I had to use different vice grips to secure valance tightly to bumper on the first few first. Started in the middle and worked outward . Some needed quite a bit of force to lock the loaded plug grooves in. Once you get your mojo its a piece of cake.

These worked fine, sort of. The two piece part that goes through the air dam and the bumper and clips into the circle retainer clip worked fine. those all clicked into place nicely. The central peg that you push into "lock" these. I have no idea how a human is supposed to push those in. The car was literally getting pushed up and these were not going in. I managed to get ONE to snap into place. The force required is 1 or 2 Newtons from being equal to the force to destroy the peg. Any way the lower bumper is back on with just the retention of the clips without the central locking peg things. Its been several hundred miles and the dang thing hasn't flow off under the tires or anything. It actually seems very secure. So good luck with your repair, and if you know how to get these dang pegs to push in let me know.
