They are nice but it would be better if the adjusting plastic sliding lock actually locked into place so it didn’t move.

I needed something for my girlfriend who had a stroke and is paralyzed on her left side. She lives in assisted-living. She needed something better than tucking a napkin into her neckline. These did the trick

These are wonderful. I have a relative who stretches out her t-shirts or blouses trying to keep a napkin tucked below her chin during dining. These are easy to use, nice that they are adjustable and these are saving her clothes. They are easy to carry in a purse and look a lot better in a dining room. I would buy again if the need arises.

We bought these to use with our face masks. No more chin hammocks or hanging a mask off one ear. Now when I get in the car or somewhere where I can take my mask off I just let it hang around my neck - it's easy to find when I need to put it on again! The clips are lightweight and these work fine as is, but you can also take the clips off and attach the lanyard to your mask with the little rings. Very stylish!

When you feed an adult, how do you you keep the napkin from falling on the floor? If you tuck the corner under their chin that will work for about a min. then on the floor. This is a great solution. Fold one corner down so you have a 6" straight edge. Put one clip on one side of the straight edge. Then bring the cord around the back of the neck and put the other clip on the other end of the straight edge. Then adjust the length of the cord so the edge of the napkin is under the chin. It will not come off until you take it off.
