I had to replace an oil pressure switch on a Maserati Ghibli recently and really wished I had this type of specialty socket. I was able to make a 27mm deep socket work, but it was still not a perfect fit. The fuel rail was in the way and I had to remove it. This particular socket is slimmer up top and I almost wanna believe that it might have fit in there without removing the rail. The socket shape is also perfectly fitting for the specific shape the sensor had. I ended up getting this one after the fact, but next time I can't wait to make my life easier using the right tool the first time.
