Adhesive was not very sticky and the deer whistles fell off my car

I installed these after I finally washed my car. I wanted them to stick well so I used an alcohol prep to make sure the surface was free if anything that would affect the sticky pad.Easy to attach, very low profile.I have not encountered any deer so I assume it is working. I drive thru a really rural area in early hours and always worry about hitting any animals. I have had some really close calls.

This is one of those items that is hard to review because you dont know for sure if it is working. I attached it to the roof rack where it should have a good air flow (facing forward of course). So far no deer collisions... but i have had no deer collisions before either. I have a lot of deer in my neighborhood and hope to never have a point/space coincidental situation with my car and a deer. It would be bad... like crossing the beams.
