Like others have mentioned, this is much smaller than the description. Advertised as 28 to 46 inches, I assumed it would fit, as I wear a 42 inch belt, or 44 inches measuring around the outside of my belt. This belt is still about 3 inches short, so it would only be suitable for those who normally wear a 38 inch belt. Other than that, the quality seems acceptable.

First and foremost, this belt is super comfortable.. Built with high quality material, and feels good wrapped around your waist. Size wise, it’s close, but I typically wear a 44, and this one BARELY fits. So 46 might be a stretch. Otherwise, great value, good quality, very comfy

Love the fact this combines a back support belt with tool belt, often both are required!the belt is very comfy and the back support is damn good... some of my dedicated back supports come up a little higher in the back.add your tool pouches and you have a well supported belt...love the handles... hanging off scaffolding, have your buddy grab a handle, u can never be too safe, anything to avoid a fall...great value at this price point, have to give it 5 stars...
