This Paddle Board and Kayak Cup Holder with Paddle Grips is a very nice set! I love the fact the paddle grips are included! They are a very nice addition to help with hand protection/paddling efficiency. All pieces are well made from quality material. This holder is more flexible than other brands, so don't be surprised. I do not see this as a detriment at all. I like the fact the bottom of the cup holder has a suction cup, as well as the ability to also attach to my paddle board using the cords on my board. And, of course, the cellphone holder! We've always got to have our cellphones with us!

I actually got this to use in my truck as there is a large flat surface, but no good place for a cupholder. This holder is well made and I really like the slot to run a bungee cord through to help secure it. My only two real complaints thus far are that a) it doesn't fit my Yeti tumbler coffee cup, and b) it gets dirty real fast. (I picked it up with some gloves that while not clean, did not have a major amount of mud or dirt on them -- just old work gloves -- and some of the dirt immediately transferred to the cup holder.I'm not taking any stars off because those two complaints have more to do with my use and not necessarily the quality/construction of the cup holder itself. If used as designed on a paddle board or kayak, I think this would work great.

It’s a bright pink color and not red - which, thanks to the reviews, is the reason I got it! I hope they change the color label on the listing soon though. Could be real disappointing for someone wanting red.It fits my hard seltzers well when I have a coozy on it!

My kayak doesn't have a place to stow a water bottle or other beverage cup, so I was pleased to come across this cup holder. The material is not quite plastic/not quite rubber, but somewhere in between, which allows it to grip the deck of the kayak without sliding around. Of course, the diagonal slit that holds the cup holder in place with a rope is genius! The product description mentions "a thickened suction cup at the bottom," but that isn't exactly accurate. Yes, the bottom is designed to hold firmly to the surface, but I cannot see that suction plays any part in that. The size of the cup holder accommodates several sizes of containers. A soda can fits with nearly a 1/2" space all around, same with a standard water bottle. I usually use my own commercially manufactured water bottle, and that fits, too. The phone holder section of the cup holder easily fits my phone, even though my phone has a stand-up bracket affixed to the back. I have a waterproof zipper pouch to hold my phone when kayaking, so I won't be using this part of the holder for my phone. But I can use that space for a power bar or some other item that I want to keep handy. I haven't used the grips yet, because the ones on my paddle are not in need of replacement. Yet. However, I examined them, and they seem just fine. Bonus for me is that they are the same color as my kayak. So, all around, this product has 3 components, all of which are suitable for open water use.

Pretty straightforward paddleboard cup holder that uses the boards cords to stay in place. A life saver when trying to carry a drink / cup on your board while you are out in the water

I'm not sure why they would put a phone holder without a way to secure the phone in case the board flips. But the bottle holder works well. A 1 liter bottle of water will fit in it snugly. I don't think you could just reach down and easily pull it out though. However the 20 something ounce insulated water bottles fit perfectly in it. They too would fall out if you dump the board but they will float. The padded oar grips are a bit of a mystery. They can't stretch much. If they did they would be moving all around. Because they don't you can really slide them over the end of an oar. So they are really only useful on a multi-piece oar. One you can slide apart. Even then if your oar has a lock for the adjustment it might not slide over it. I was able to put it on one of my SUP paddles and I do like the feel. I think it helps make the paddle float.

The cup holder itself is only okay. It should work well for cans or standard soda/water bottles from the store, but I have a very standard tall tumbler water bottle that doesn't fit in this, it slides down about 1/4 of the way and then stops. not far enough to hold for weight/balance. I'm not really a fan of the cup holder since the bottle I needed this size for doesn't fit (I have a very big water bottle but the cup holder for that one doesn't fit this tumbler either, too loose) I do, however, really like the handle grips, they're very comfy and super useful in reducing hand fatigue. Overall, not a bad order, just not quite as useful for me.
