These goggles are an absolute joke. I read reviews and often think he must have got a bad one. I purchased 2 of these. The padding isn’t connected right out of the box. Will have to glue on pads if I want to use. Let me emphasize want to use. These look nice, but if you put them on and get past them digging into your skull because the passing won’t stay on. Again if you get past that, you’re welcomed by the hardest set of lenses one could ever try to look through. It’s like going into some clown house with mirrors everywhere. Can’t see a damn thing and have to grab walls to gain balance for how messed up the lenses are. It’s as if they were designed to level out the playing field and put these on the best paintball player to level the playing field out with the terrible paintballers. This unit is as bad as it gets end to end. I wouldn’t wear these if they were free!

As you might expect for $17, this is not up to the task. First of all, the shape is weird. It's really wide, and even adjusted to the tightest setting, on an adult it's still loose and barely stays on, which would be unsafe for running around playing paintball.The lens has a sharp curvature at the sides that creates a terrible optical distortion, so your vision would be awful.Most importantly, the lens is only secured via tabs on the sides. There is a gap around the lens, meaning any paintball striking it is going splatter into your eyes through this gap. At least the lens actually withstood the impact of multiple paintballs, but having material blast in through the sides of the lens is dangerous.This might be ok if you've got a head like Squidward and you're just playing gel blasters or Nerf. I definitely wouldn't use it for paintball or airsoft.
