the design is cute and simple, it is easy to put together and feels great quality. the pieces are nice and thick while also being sturdy. this bring a great natural aesthetic to my kitchen and is an eye catcher.

I got this fruit basket, because we were not happy with our old metal basket. It bruised the fruit too easily, and the aesthetics of metal basket was less than appealing. First of all, the basket just looks more pleasing to the eyes. The natural bamboo finish tends to complement our kitchen style much more than the metal. Its simple yet elegant appearance adds a touch of sophistication to our kitchen island.Not only are the pleasing aesthetics present, the functionality is crucial. The 2-tier design allows for ample storage space without occupying too much countertop area. It encourages better fruit organization and accessibility. Not to mention it holds more than just fruit! It can also serve as a display stand for other items like vegetables, snacks, or even decorative pieces.Not to mention the maintenance is almost non existent. Pretty much just regular cleaning with a damp cloth and occasional oiling to preserve its finish are typically sufficient to keep it looking new.Overall, this fruit stand is perfect if you are looking for a one that stands out for its blend of functionality, design, and eco-friendliness. It addresses practical needs such as efficient fruit storage and easy maintenance while enhancing kitchen aesthetics. This is a cute little fruit stand for your table or cabinet! It was generally easy to put together: lately it seems a number of manufacturers have been somewhat lazy with producing good instructions, so it was a relief to see that the instructions (and hardware) for this item were fairly straightforward (a couple of the illustrations in the instructions could have been made a bit larger/clearer, but I was able to figure things out easily, largely due to the manufacturer keeping the design simple and logical). The biggest issue I had with this thing is that I actually wound up getting splinters in my hand from handling one of the "slatted" wooden pieces: I know this thing is made of genuine wood, but I feel that good quality control—making sure all of your pieces are properly sanded down and such—is an important element in making something like this more refined! I was tempted to deduct a star for this, but I ultimately decided against it, as the finished product does look nice and, most importantly, it functions as it should!

This is a very nice bamboo basket. It goes well in a traditional or modern kitchen. Having 2 tiers is efficient for space, especially when I have limited counter space. It is big enough to hold my weekly produce and keeps the produce from sitting directly on the counter. The only downside is for the price, it should come assembled, it comes in a lot of pieces, and takes some time to put it together.

Most of us know that we should all be eating more fruits and veggies to stay in optimal health, yet if we shove them into a crisper or cabinet, "out of sight, out of mind" comes into play. And then there's the whole issue of an overly full refrigerator. This is a neat way to combat both problems!It eases the fridge overflow because many items commonly stashed in a crisper don't need refrigeration. (When you buy it at the store and it's not in a chiller, then it doesn't belong in your crisper!) Secondly, this stores "the good stuff" out in plain sight, keeping it at the forefront of one's mind! If you have kids around, a good presentation might sway them to grab an apple or banana rather than junk food. After all, it's right there at hand!The unit arrives in a small box that immediately signals that yes, you WILL need to assemble it. This turns out to be quite easy, as all parts are identified by a letter/number and an easy to follow illustrated instruction sheet. Except for a medium sized Phillips screwdriver, all tools (two Allen keys) are included. I managed to put it together myself in about 15 minutes, although another set of hands would have been ideal...and faster. My only criticism is that there are no extra screws or bolts included "just in case" one gets away from you and drops down the air vent.The combination of easy assembly, good looks and practicality - no more using my salad and candy bowls to hold my produce - make this a great buy in my opinion. Saves counter space, too!

easy to assemble but the screws easily strip, but luckily the screws were inserted all the way except for one. it’s sturdy as well.
