This is what the wife wanted! And it looks good on her car. For all the people that could not figure out how to put these on: The screw goes through the white piece as if it were a washer. Screw it into place on the car (I left all of them loose until they were started and then tightened them). After they are all tight, pop the cover on. The white washer holds it on.

I can only give this product a 3 rating. The reasons for this are 1) while all the parts were included, the screws provided are way too slim and the whole plate can be pulled right off 2) the covers for the screws are cheap plastic and the plastic “huggers” provided hug nothing 3) it partially covers my registration stickerLuckily for me I just reused my original screws to attach it, and the state I live in changes the color of the stickers every year (month is still visible). Hopefully, this won’t cause being pulled over frequently b/c it’s a really cute design.

If you get the "two palms" version, know in advance that part of it may cover your state's registration sticker with the year on it. So time will tell if anyone pulls you over for that in particular. Unless, for whatever reason, you want anyone to notice the year on your license's plate for when the registration expires.One other issue is that the four bolts/screws that it comes with probably won't fit into the threading of whatever screws are typical for most plates, depending on the vehicle that you drive. If you already have a license plate that's screwed in, you can simply remove those existing screws, and then screw them back in with the new frame placed over your plate. Odds are, you have something screwed in there already, even if it's a frame from a dealership if you've got a temp paper plate in your window somewhere. So you'll be able to use the frame the same day you get it. I just know that the four included bolts (screws if you want to call them that) were too thin to use for this vehicle.
