Beware do not order this item!!!!I bought this item, it only lasted about 6 months, my daughter went to heat up her oatmeal for a few minutes and the turn table made a grinding noise, then it was so loud and started to spark, smoke can out of the machine! Luckily she turned it off before it caught fire! Do not buy renewed electronics from Amazon!

This microwave lasted me 3 months. The glass tray won't stay on the entire heating cycle and now it's not heating. Lesson learned to never buy refurbished again.

The product is fine. The packaging was poor. The glass turntable was loose AND there were ants inside the unit!

I love this microwave. The inverter technology makes such a difference. Even popcorn cooks better and I love the sensor reheat.
