I ordered a new recorder that came with accessories at full cost and I believe I was sent a used one. Not cool at all.

Quick first impression: Five stars for performance, It works fine. Also it's made in Japan, a big plus.Lost a star because the item I got is not what is pictured on the web-site. Completely different packaging.In addition, no instructions included. Not a major problem, it's a simple device. However It's helpful to readwhat the manfacturer recommends. I downloaded the manual from Panasonic.I would recommend the product.Update: It does work but something didn't smell right about the purchase. I returned it.
