The suction worked well until my little one figured out how to pull the tab. Now we're back to tossing the plate when he's done LOL! It's a nice color and the compartment helps because he doesn't like his food to touch. It's easy to clean by hand, and even the tomato sauce from pasta comes out easily.

I recently received the Owl Shape Food-Grade Silicone Baby Plate in blue, and it is absolutely adorable. I love that it is easy to clean in the dishwasher and has separate sections, which make mealtime more organized for kids. The design is so cute, and I like that it does not slide around on the table. I did use the tip of adding a drop of water under the suction, and it definitely improved the hold. The kid I babysit for started laughing when I prepared his food in this plate. I am very pleased with this feeding plate.

My daughter is obsessed with owls! We got this plate for her and it’s wonderful. Has a large compartment for food and 2 small ones that go deep so it fits a lot. Suction is like 4/5.
