Most commonly used for coffee cake, yogurt cake, cream cake and even cheesecakes. Novacart's paper baking molds are designed to eliminate metal baking pans. Possessing a rigid freestanding construction, they come in a wide selection of shapes and sizes. Microwave and oven safe up to 390 degrees. Freezer safe as well. The baking molds standard color is a dark brown paper background with an attractive gold floret print overlay.

Loved this product! I used them to make multiple cheesecake for the holidays. The tab on the sides works great for serving, just remove the paper from the side and slip on to a decorative serving plate. I did run a hot knife around the edge after it cools slightly to release the cheesecake for a better outcome.

The molds are exactly what I needed. HOWEVER! I don't know were the failure was but the PAPER molds were delivered in a plastic bag!!!!! They arrived CRUSHED!

I bought this item for making my traditional rum cakes that I give as gifts at Christmas.
